Pastor Dave joined the Westview team as Senior Pastor in September of 2020. He has been married to his wife, Rachel, for 30 years. They have 3 children: Joshua, Jacob (wife Anisha), and Kari. They just became grandparents of a beautiful baby girl. They are from Columbus, Ohio, and in 2013 he graduated from Luther Rice Seminary. His joy is to teach and preach the truth of God's word with conviction and without compromise.

STUDENT Ministry team
This team of leaders has a lot of history at Westview. All of their children grew up here, so that gives them a deep connection with the children and student ministries. They are currently involved in the teaching and activities of both the KidZone Children’s ministry and the Westview Student Ministry. They strive to teach truth, connect personally with families, and do it all while having a great time!
Chris Buescher
Worship Director
Chris has been married to his wife, Kim, for 14 years. They have four children: Samantha, Grace, Adele, and Camdyn. They are proud Grandparents of 2 boys. They’re all from Southern Illinois. Chris has been Worship Director for 11 years, and his wife Kim is the Administrative Assistant for Westview. He is passionate about the call to lead others through worship. He is also an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Harry doolittle
Worship leader
Harry has been married to his wife, DeAnn for 30 years and have 3 children: Wendy, Megan, and Ellie. Both Harry and DeAnn are very active in their kid’s lives, especially involving softball, volleyball, and bowling. He’s always loved music, and started his first Contemporary Christian Praise team in 1995 for First Baptist of Belleville. He loves worshipping the Lord with people, proclaiming the Love of God, and the Truth of Salvation with all.
KIMBERLY BUESCHER
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Kim has been a member of Westview since 1999 and the Admin Asst. for 8 years. She and Chris have been married for 14 years and have 4 kids and 2 grand boys. Originally from New Orleans, she moved here in 1990 and loves the mid-west. Her family are long time members and retired staff of Westview.

Bobbie Costello
Accountant
Bobbie was born in Rome, New York and was raised in an Air Force family of 7. At 16 Bobbie began going to church. Oct 1973 she gave her life to Jesus. Bobbie has been serving Jesus ever since. Youth Director & Church financials have been some of her life careers for the past 40 yrs. She's been with Westview since 2008. Bobbie has been married to her hubby, Chuck for 40 yrs. They have 2 grown children and three precious grand children. Bobby enjoys hosting dinners for family and friends & loves the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cardinals.
